Refund Policy

We hope you are in love with your item(s) as much as we are. If you are not completely happy with your item, we will provide a refund or exchange, provided that you return it to us within 7 working days of receipt (beginning on the day after your order is delivered to you). You then have another 7 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Sale items are also refundable and exchangeable. All refunds will be credited to you by the same payment method you used.

Conditions for Returns

• Item(s) must be returned as new, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Please include our refund form (downloadable here) with the return.
• State the reason code for your return or exchange.

Faulty Goods

We will accept returns for faulty goods up to three months after purchase. Please note that customised orders cannot be returned (unless faulty).

Return Process

• You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation by email.
• Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, you are responsible for additional postage costs. Please enclose a cheque for £5.95 with your return goods. If you cannot send payment by cheque, please contact us for an alternative.

Overseas Returns

You may need to fill in a customs declaration. Please state “Returned Goods” to ensure no duty is charged.
